FactoryLite Insulation
High Quality, flexible glasswool that is non-combustible (think pink aerolite)
with an inert binder is used to make
factorylite insulation. The
product is resilient, lightweight and safe to use. A reinforced foil is
faced on the one side of the product which increases its strength. It
enhances indoor environmental quality and offers exceptional acoustic
properties by absorbing noise.
What are the benefits of factorylite insulation
Using an insulating product like factorylite insulation, comes with many benefits. Firstly your are getting a bulk insulating product (like
aerolite or
isotherm) which is laminated to a shiny reflective foil. So you will be getting the best of both worlds with this product, a bulk insulation and a reflective foil.
Factorylite VS Isofoil
There is much debate as to which insulating product is better. When it comes to factorylite vs isofoil, you will find that both products do the same job and made the same way. Factorylite insulation uses fiberglass which is laminated to the reflective foil and
isofoil uses polyester
eco-friendly insulation which is also laminated to the same reflective foil. When comparing factorylite vs isofoil you will find that factorylite has a slightly higher fire rating but then the isofoil doesn't come with all the itchy fibers, its a people friendly polyester insulation. So its up to you to decide which product you would rather have installed in your building, factory or warehouse roof. Both of their r-values are equally good.
